Massive transfers hit staffs of Savannah region

 Public sector workers in the Savannah region has been hit with massive transfers, this comes after the Savannah regional coordinating council has found out that some of their staffs have kept long on their current post leading to low performance of most districts, hence need to be transferred to different places.

According to the regional coordinating council, any staff in the region who has spend at least five years at his current post should be transferred, the region has seven districts, thus, west gonja district, central gonja, North gonja, North East gonja, sawla-Tuna -kalba district, Bole district and East gonja district.


What it means is that, workers who have spend more five years will be transferred to different districts within the region, and those who have spend ten years or more will transferred to regional levels, messages has been sent to the affected staffs in region, the affected staffs are supposed to report to their new post by the close of this month.
