An Aspiring Deputy Secretary hopeful in the Damongo constituency, Mr. Kanyiti Saburu Kantama has successful filed his nominations on Tuesday 19th April, 2022 to contest for the position and has this to share with the Elephant family.
As the saying goes, every 1000 miles of a journey begins with a step.
By the guidelines regulating the internal elections of the NPP 2022 Constituency election across the country, I have in the company of a few colleagues of mine and with the support of our gallant Council of elders, Council of Patrons, Electoral area Coordinators, and dignified and distinguish Polling station executives and all stakeholders that matter filed successfully my nomination to contest for the ASSISTANT SECRETARY position of the Damongo, Constituency.
As it has always been part of me, I was the first to file for my position of interest at exactly 8:30 am this morning at the MP’s office.
I've reiterated my zeal and commitment to serve in the best interest of our dear polling station executives and that of our lovely party, I wish to once again use this medium to kindly reach out to everyone to continue supporting me in prayers or whatever way to help bring us the needed laurels that we are all yearning for.
It is my dream to step in as an executive to help consolidate our gains as a party in the Constituency and once again give a resounding victory to our hardworking MP Lawyer Samuel A. Jinapor and any Presidential candidate that our discerning delegates will elect for us moving into the 2024 general election.
I've done my bit by moving to the trenches to meet the delegates who have already confessed to me about my level of service to the elephant party and its members and will reciprocate same when the time is due.
