SAVANNAH REGIONAL CHAIRMAN GRACED SOCIAL EVENTS WITH HON. ABU JINAPOR AND HON. ASEI RESPECTIVELY.

On Sunday, 19th June, 2022, the NPP Savannah Regional Chairman Alhaji Iddrisu Suleimana (Professor Kalamonia) together with the Hon. MP for Damango Constituency who doubles as minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Abu Jinapor graced some social events in the Damongo Constituency.

The team first attended the final funeral rite of a former party Polling Station executive at Attributo called Abukari fitter, who passed to eternity on Thursday, 16th June, 2022, as a result of electrocution. At the funeral grounds, an undisclosed amount of money was donated by the team to the family and to the wife of the late Abukari fitter.

The team also attended the child naming ceremonies of other party members at Damongo township and moved to Larabanga to grace the marriage ceremony of one Gaddafi.

Chairman Kalamonia as hardworking and visible as he is, later moved with his entourage to Daboya/Makarigu constituency to join the MP for the constituency and Deputy Minister of Health Hon. Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini to commiserate with the family of Mankarigu electoral area Coordinator who lost his father last week. The team after attending the 7th day prayers for the late father, also attended the wedding ceremony of one Iliasu, a party member at Mankarigu and moved to Yagbon where both the MP, the Regional Chairman and constituency executives addressed party faithfuls about the current developments being executed by the MP and the NPP government in the constituency, region and the country as a whole. 

Professor Emeritus Kalamonia encouraged the chiefs and people of the area to keep praying for the government. He said the NPP led government has done a lot to improve the living conditions of Ghanaians, ranging from employment, free SHS, planting for food and jobs, roads construction, rural electrification among others.

He concluded by calling for unity and patience to enable the party retain power in 2024.
